when there is peace in the galaxy, the weak and pathetic are coddled and doted on. there is change, but no progress. only through complete chaos, after rape and destruction and murder, when the galaxy is filled with blood and the weak are drowned will there be advancement. only then, when the survivors have proven worthy, will i rule.
